Sharing decision,opposing implementation!
Mamata is harping on withdrawal of joint forces from Jungalmahal and the Center’s rightly turning a deaf ear to her. Operation of joint forces at Maoist infested states is a decision taken at Central cabinet in presence of Mamata.She didn’t register note of dissent on the issue, nor did she stage a walk-out in protest. But she started clamoring against the presence of joint forces in Bengal. She now demands deployment of only Central forces to contain the Naxals as per report of TOI. However if it’s true, it’s only to show that she’s no rapport with the Naxals, though in many instances she betrayed her connections with them. She, in fact, says different things at different times. For instance, she claimed there were no Naxals at Jungalmahal.She’s recently said all Naxals are behind the bar in Jungalmahal,CPM are playing the dual roles of Naxals and CPM.She even claimed Naxal leader Azad was murdered and not killed in encounter as reported by home ministry. She never blames Naxals for railway sabotage despite ample proofs of their sabotaging activities. On the contrary she passes the buck to the ruling party. In fact, what she’s looking for is to bag a few seats from Jungalmahal in assembly polls with the help of PCPA, a frontal organization of Naxals.What remains to be seen is what stance she’d take about Naxals and joint forces if she happens to come to power and how Naxals would behave in her regime.

Hypocrites never bother hanging to any principle, can act in any manner unthinkable to any educated and rational person.Nobody can blame her to adhering to any such principle. She is also not known to sharing joint responsibility as union cabinet minister for any decision of the cabinet,not convenient to her, even if she consented to those decisions. She is the unique creation of the almighty unparalleled as union minister who disown any responsibility not liked by her.She has the excellent record of openly flouting the decisions of the cabinet, for example the deployment of central forces against Maoist violence and activities in West Bengal, though not in other parts of our country.Anybody can appreciate her predicament and compulsion which forced her to launch a movement for withdrawal of armed action against Maoists. She cannot do otherwise, since Maoists are the most effective and strongest ally who have been advocating for installing her as the next Chief Minister of West Bengal.Moreover long and close association with Maoists in all sorts of disruptive activities in Singur, Nandigram, Khejuri and other places, bind her to reciprocate for the yeomen service rendered by Maoists. So she need not be criticised for the action she can ill afford to ignore, since Maoists are cornered in Junglemahal by effective coordinated armed actions by the joint forces of the State and the Centre. Her stake for life and death effort to each the Writer's Buildings is vital. If this effort fails she would be doomed to oblivion.Union Govt can only wait and see as the support of 19 MPs are vital for their survival.So let that circus of absurdity continue to the great disastrous consequences for the people at large.
